This is the most popular Korean Barbeque Dish, our service offer the marinate of the sauce so you don't need to hassle in your restaurant, we sell the pack in 10 pounds vacuum-packed or we can individually pack per order(4-5oz portion) so you know the COG per serving and portion is same consistent in every order
DAEJI BULGOGI
Spicy Marinated Pork
Pork version of Bulgogi, mostly the meat is thin sliced butt/shoulder. We offer the marinated how you like it, the pork is usually spicy marinated in gochujang, and again the packing is available in per serving size or in 10 pounds vacuum-packed

After running the restaurant for over 15 years, I'm still having a hard time finding good quality meat in the Phoenix area for Asian dishes. I've purchased from many vendors in the area and some couldn't find what we need for, so I decided to start my own meat processing plant to source the good quality and cut to make the authentic dish.
